Terms of Service - CitrusLux

1. Agreement Overview

By hiring CitrusLux, you agree to the following Terms of Service ("Terms") for the cleaning services provided. These Terms govern the relationship between you (the "Client") and CitrusLux ("the Company," "we," or "our"). Please read these Terms carefully before using our services.

2. Services Provided

We provide cleaning services as outlined in the quote provided and agreed upon by both parties. Services may include, but are not limited to:

  • Residential cleaning
  • Commercial cleaning
  • Move-in/out cleaning
  • Deep cleaning
  • One-off cleaning
  • Tailored cleaning

Any additional services outside of the agreed-upon quote will incur extra charges, which will be discussed and approved by the Client in advance.

3. Scheduling & Cancellations

Scheduling: Appointments will be scheduled based on availability and the Client's preferred timing. We will notify the Client of any changes in advance.

Cancellations: Clients must provide at least 48 hours' notice for cancellations. Less notice may result in a cancellation fee.

4. Payment Terms

The agreed-upon price is outlined in the quote. All payments are due upon completion unless otherwise specified.

5. Access & Security

The Client agrees to provide the necessary access to the property. CitrusLux will take precautions but is not liable for any non-cleaning-related damages.

If security systems are in place, the Client must provide relevant access information beforehand.

6. Liability

Damage: We are not liable for damage to fragile or unsecured items. Please notify us of any special care items.

Insurance: CitrusLux carries general liability insurance for our team's and your property's protection.

Satisfaction Guarantee: Please notify us within 24 hours if you're not satisfied with the service.

7. Client Responsibilities

The Client should ensure areas are safe and accessible, and remove personal or valuable items prior to service.

8. Health & Safety

We reserve the right to refuse services in unsafe or hazardous environments. Clients will be notified if such conditions are found.

9. Termination of Services

Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice. Payment for completed services remains due.

10. Privacy & Confidentiality

We respect your privacy and will not share personal information unless required by law. Data may be used for billing and communication purposes.

11. Indemnification

The Client agrees to indemnify CitrusLux from any claims resulting from breaches of these Terms or failure to follow safety instructions.

12. Modifications

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services signifies acceptance of any changes.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Luxembourg. Any disputes will be resolved in Luxembourg courts.
