Will it be the same housekeeper all the time?

Yes, we strive to ensure that the same housekeeper is assigned to your service. However, if they are sick or unavailable, we will either provide a replacement or cancel the service based on your preference. In the event of a permanent change, we will contact you to arrange for a new housekeeper, who will be accompanied by a supervisor during their first visit.

What if I want to cancel or reschedule the service?

If you need to cancel or reschedule a service, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. We will adjust the service accordingly. Please note that cancellations or reschedules made within less than 48 hours may incur a small fee.

Will the assigned housekeeper always speak English or French?

We will do our best to assign a housekeeper who can communicate in your preferred language. If this is not possible, a supervisor will accompany the housekeeper on their first visit to facilitate communication.

How does payment work?

We only accept SEPA payments. No other form of payment will be accepted.

What if the service time doesn’t match the provided quote?

Service charges are based on the actual duration of the cleaning. If the service time differs from the initial quote, the final charge will reflect the actual time worked. We will notify you in advance if we anticipate any significant changes in the duration.
